Here's a load of fattening recipes! If you want to send any in, you'll have to e-mail me. Most of these recipes make enough to satisfy any gainers stomache (unless you're 500 pounds or somthing), so you'll probably only need to make as much as it says here.

 

Cakes:

Chocolate Cake with Fudge icing (2 servings):

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. cooking oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation:
Pour all in bowl. Pour 1 cup water over above mixture. Stir until mixed. Pour into 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until done. Let it cool and make fudge icing as follows: 1 1/2 c. sugar, Dash of sal,t 3/4 c. milk Cook until mixture forms soft ball. Remove from heat. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla Beat until loses some gloss and begins to thicken. Pour onto cooled cake.

Hershey's Disappearing Cake (2 to 3 servings):

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt 1-3/4 cups milk

Preparation:
1. Heat oven to 350�F. Grease and flour 13x9x2-inch baking pan.

In large bowl, beat butter, shortening, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt; add alternately with milk to butter mixture, blending well. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Frost as desired. 12 to 15 servings.

Neiman Marcus Brownies (2 to 3 servings):

1 box chocolate cake mix
1 stick melted Butter
3 eggs, divided 1/2
C. chopped nuts, optional
1 lb box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 13 X 9 inch baking dish.
Combine dry ingredients, butter and 1 egg. Add pecans if desired. Spread in greased pan. Beat powdered sugar, cream cheese and remaining 2 eggs together and spread on top of the cake. Bake for 50 minutes or until cake tests done.

Mississippi Mud (3 to 4 Servings):

2 sticks butter
1 1/2 C. flour
Pinch of salt
1/3 C. cocoa
2 C.sugar
4 eggs
1/2 C. pecans
1 (9 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
Chocolate Ice Cream

Preparation:
Melt butter and cocoa in saucepan; remove from heat. Add eggs, flour, sugar, pecans, and salt.
Bake 30 minutes at 350� in a 9x13 inch pan. Top with marshmallow cream, then ice cream.
